Return Policy
Customers have 30 days from the date of invoice to decide if the products they have purchased meet their needs. To return a product, please send it to: So-Cal Shade Sails So-Cal Shade Sails does not pay return shipping. Products should be returned undamaged and shipped via traceable means. Please include a copy of the packing list indicating quantity, title and invoice number. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Your return will be processed within 4 - 6 weeks. If you paid by Credit Card, you should expect to see a refund posted to your statement. |
